But first, let me introduce myself.
Why am I called "The No BS Job Hunting Coach"?
Because I will tell you what
ACTUALLY works, NOT what is supposed to work.
What I teach has been massively field tested. A lot of these ideas were first successfully developed in other, related fields such as sales, marketing and personal development. They have then been successfully adopted to job hunting.
Because I only focus on that which has proven itself, versus what sounds good, I am "The No BS job hunting coach".
So what is wrong with traditional job hunting?
The big problem is that most job hunting advice is that it is virtually all based on the "play it safe" mindset. The advice that many experts give is pretty much the same as the advice that virtually every other expert will give you.
What's wrong with that?
Nothing, as long as jobs are plentiful. In a bad ecoenomy it means you are doing the same thing as millions of other job hunters. You will often come off as dull and forgettable to prospective employers. You will have no (or little) competitive advantage. In a bad economy it can greatly prolong your job hunt or force you to settle for far less of a job than you deserve.
Now you are probably wondering what a "job hunting coach" does so let me answer that question.
What is Job Hunting Coaching?
Let me be clear.
I am a specialist. I focus on job hunting and job hunting
only. Specifically, I focus on giving you the best job hunting techniques to help you get back to work as soon as possible. The best
field tested techniques.
So what do I do?
I work with you to figure out what are the most effective job hunting strategies for
you, the strategies that you will actually (as much as possible) ENJOY. I work with you and your situation and your personality to find out how you can be most effective in job hunting. I want you to ENJOY the job hunt AND be as effective as possible (often the 2 go hand in hand).
But it doesn't stop there. I also help you to implement the strategies CORRECTLY and CONSISTENTLY. I help you stay on track by providing you
